Caitlin frequently uses manual therapy techniques in her sessions, which brings greater sensitivity and effectiveness to her care. She enjoys working with athletes, as well as us 'regular folk,' and is quite adept at helping people who are experiencing issues with their Shoulder, Elbow, Hand/Wrist,  Hip, Knee or Ankle/Foot.

Her clinical experiences include internships with the University of Connecticut Men's Basketball team and with Cincinnati Reds MLB Baseball in rehabilitation and player development, as well as over six years at multiple outpatient orthopedic clinics. 

In her free time, she enjoys playing beach and indoor volleyball, snowboarding, hiking, and practicing yoga.

Dr. Caitlin graduated from Columbia University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2012 where she was awarded the citation of  'Excellence in Orthopedics.' She received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Connecticut which gave her a great ability to understand and effectively treat sports injuries. She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Graston practitioner, which helps to free up scar tissue.
